Payment and Shipping

 

A) Place an order

  1. Ordering
    We offer you the opportunity to order conveniently from our online shop. You will have the possibility to stipulate the purchase contract in Italian.
  1. Payment

Delivery on delivery
Delivery on delivery takes place via the courier. You will have to pay the courier upon delivery of the goods. For this payment method, the courier will apply a supplement which varies (from 2 to 50 euros) based on the goods purchased. For precise information, you can contact us at Customer Care (phone, email or chat).

    1. Prepayment
      In case of prepayment, the order will be processed as soon as the invoice amount is credited to our account.
    2. By credit card / PayPal / installments
    3. We offer our customers the option of paying by Mastercard or Visa credit card, as well as by PayPal or in instalments.
    4. With Financing
      We offer our customers the option of financing their purchase via Scalapay, provided that the requirements are met. Only eligible for customers residing in Italy or Europe.
    5. Gift vouchers
      Gift vouchers cannot be refunded and that the amount of the voucher (in case of several vouchers: the sum of all vouchers) cannot be higher than the value of the order.

Note:  Please enter an email address when ordering. You will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt of your order, together with all the necessary instructions for the payment of your choice.

  1. Delivery
    The shipment is made via a courier (logistics partner) selected by us. In Italy and in many European countries. However, COD shipments can only be made with certain enabled logistics partners. The goods are delivered directly to the buyer at his billing address. In the event that the person in charge of the delivery is unable to trace it, he will be notified in writing by mail or telephone if it is specified in the registration. You can then choose whether to have the goods delivered again or to collect the package from a warehouse/place/person near you.

B) Warranty

  1. Warranty

In general, we grant a 2-year warranty on all items as stipulated by law.

 

Bicycles
In general, we grant the legal guarantee of 2 years on all bicycles.

In some cases, however, we will extend our service:  If a bicycle frame breaks. We reserve the right to replace the frame or part of the frame with a later version. The prerequisite is that the bicycle has been used in a conventional way, according to the manufacturer's specifications. Frame breakages caused by external factors (for example, damage caused by falls) are not covered by the warranty. The warranty period applies to the first owners only.

For frames or frame parts that are replaced within the scope of our manufacturer's guarantee after expiry of the statutory guarantee period,  all additional costs  due to conversions, shipping or part replacement for compatibility reasons must be borne  by the 'buyer !

 

 

C) Withdrawal policy, transport damage and personal data protection

  1. Right of withdrawal for consumers Consumers
    will have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is understood to mean any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which cannot be predominantly attributed to either his commercial activity or his activity of freelance.

Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to refund all respective payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exclusion of any additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than standard delivery cheapest offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we have received your notification of withdrawal from the contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them,

 

The actual costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer. For goods which are not suitable for parcel delivery and which cannot be returned by normal post / DHL / Preferred Courier due to their characteristics, these costs will amount to (between 30 euros and 300 euros) for collection by a courier.

Special return costs for Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria:
We will bear the return costs from the above countries if the value of the returned goods exceeds the indicated euro.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall pay for any decrease in value of the goods only if such decrease in value is attributable to handling of the goods in a manner not necessary for inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Special notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and then cancel it, you are no longer bound by the loan contract, provided that both contracts represent a single economic unit. This is especially to be considered if we are also your creditor or if your creditor uses our services with regard to financing.
If we have already received the money from the loan when the revocation becomes effective, your creditor will assume our rights and obligations under the loan agreement in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the revocation or repayment.

If you would like to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, please make use of your right of revocation and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to do so.

  1. Dispute Resolution
    We ask our customers to report obvious defects within one week. In the event of damage due to transport that is already apparently evident, we ask you to immediately check the package and in any case to obtain a confirmation of damage from the transport company and send it to us via email or one of the assistance channels recommended on the site.
  2. Dispute resolution
    Alternative dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 (1) ODR Regulation and § 36 VSBG:  The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which can be accessed at  http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.

The display of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the "Order subject to payment" button, you submit a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. You will receive a confirmation that we have received your order immediately after sending it and this does not constitute any acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within five days.

 

D) Promotional Coupons

The voucher code must be entered in the voucher field on the "Shipping/Payment" page during the order process and confirmed by clicking on the "Redeem" button.

If you return items from a promotion and do not meet the order value required for the promotion credit, the promotion will no longer be valid and the credit will be forfeited in full.
Please also note that a subsequent redemption of the voucher code is no longer possible for technical reasons.

Unless otherwise stated, the voucher code can be redeemed until 12.00am (TEC) on the last day of the promotion.
